Murder suspect Ralph Garbarini

- On Dec. 30, two couples were sitting inside Extraordinary Desserts (2900 Fifth Avenue) when a suspect walked into the restaurant
and shot two men. Michael Fineman, 44, died from his injuries, and the second victim is recovering.
San Diego Police Department Homicide Unit detectives have identified Ralph Garbarini, 45, as the murder suspect.
He is believed to be driving a 1990 Toyota pickup truck with a wooden camper
shell and a customized finish that looks like a rock formation. The
vehicle's license number is 7E76312.
He has only been in San Diego for a short period of time and has previously lived in Arizona, Mexico, and Jackson, California. Garbarini’s whereabouts are unknown, but he is believed to be living in the vehicle, and he is considered armed and dangerous.
